Pungent smell in Sockburn area

Hi lovely neighbours, I noticed a heavy pungent gas smell around 1am this morning which forced me to close all my windows and fans due to breathing difficulty. It was felt like die-hard industrial chemical released in the dark hours of the holiday season. It was stayed reasonably long time like more than an hour. or even more I suppose. Let's investigate from the industrial point of view.
