Hi all, we have signed up this rental for a years lease but now have brought a house instead! We need to find someone else to take over our lease......available now......
It's a 2 story with living and open plan newish kitchen with dishwasher newish bathroom and 3 bedrooms upstairs........down stairs is a double garage, toilet and lounge and 2 extra bedrooms which open out onto a grassed backed yard. Response to regifting presents
My mind tends to wander:
I do not see any problem with regifting it back to the person who gave it, they obviously liked it. In fact, that might work out well as you buy the present you want, then gift it to someone you know who will gift it back.
Perfect, no decision needs to be made about Xmas presents
