small rental home wanted
A full-time working mum and her pre-school daughter are looking to rent a place they could call home, long-term. A 1-2 bedroom little house/cottage, dry, warm, tidy and quiet. Cashmere area would be great but happy to look into others too. A little fully-fenced backyard would be a huge plus as well as a (partly) furnished property (certainly not a must though). We are quiet, tidy and respectful tenants, busy and often away skiing, hiking and camping, house-proud, always pay on time and can provide glowing references. Response to regifting presents
My mind tends to wander:
I do not see any problem with regifting it back to the person who gave it, they obviously liked it. In fact, that might work out well as you buy the present you want, then gift it to someone you know who will gift it back.
Perfect, no decision needs to be made about Xmas presents
