Walking Group
Hey Everyone just if anyone is keen to come for a walk at 4.30pm up Rapaki on Sunday 5th February we have a walking group we started about 3 weeks ago. We normally do it on a Sunday arvo but we look to change the time/day around to mix it up a little which we update on our Facebook page. So it is just a gold coin donation and all goes towards one of our Charities 'Mental Health Foundation' and we are just trying to encourage everyone to get moving. Our Team at Bodyfix have been in the Fitness Industry for some over 30 years now and we realise the importance of keeping our bodies moving :) If you would like to come along feel free you do not have to be a member of the Gym and if you are unsure then please just message on 027 82 39 718 with your name and query :) or we do update our Facebook page so you can keep an eye on there :) www.facebook.com...

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
