From next month, the regulations can mean fines for dog owners who don't have their pooches restrained on moving vehicles. Dogs on the back of a truck, trailer or ute, travelling on a public road, had to be tied up with a leash or rope, if not in a cage or crate.
Those caught breaking that law could be fined up to $900 under new Animal Welfare Regulations from next month. Read more from Stuff here

To see it you will just get static, it was working when we took it off the wall. In very good condition as it didnt get touched very much only looked at. The TV comes with a base which we are bringing back from our holiday house.

Greater Christchurch Public Transport Joint Committee member and Environment Canterbury chair Steve Lowndes says that providing free public transport on World Car-free Day is an opportunity for people to try their local service, leave the car at home for the day, and to think about the sort of public transport system needed across Greater Christchurch.
