Neighbours bemoan 'monstrosity' in leafy Christchurch suburb
Construction of a controversial new house labelled a "monstrosity" by neighbours could be halted after "potential inaccuracies" were found in the resource consent plans.
Neighbours believe the house under construction on Rata St in Riccarton may have been approved based on inaccurate figures.
However, owners Mike and Lynn Dore say they followed the advice of consultants and believe the consents are correct.
