So many people want to represent citizens in St Albans, the October/November issue of St Albans News is full to the brim and overflowing. The bumper election issue contains snapshots of candidates for the Mayor, Council and several community wards (eg: Central, Innes, Fendalton, Papanui) and, at 24 pages, our largest ever edition. A joint board meeting to hear oral submissions and discuss possible road plan changes had to be adjourned in the middle of question time (since resumed and concluded).
