Poll: How should the Selwyn district prepare for potential water contamination issues?
Chlorination is back on the agenda in Canterbury's Selwyn district, despite residents overwhelmingly rejecting it earlier this year.
A Selwyn District Council meeting on Wednesday will consider a recommendation to install chlorination equipment to the Rolleston, Darfield, Arthur's Pass, Upper Selwyn Huts and Lake Coleridge water supplies. Subject to consultation, the Arthur's Pass and Upper Selwyn Huts supplies could be permanently chlorinated.
