Dog park

Toaiva from Phillipstown

So my question is, where are the dog parks in… View more

Abandoned cat?

Timothy from Sydenham

Does anyone in the Somerfield area know if this cat (see photos) belongs to a home? It looks like it's been through the wars – scarily thin, with what looks like an infected left eye. There is also a lot of puss in both eyes. It's right eye looks bloodshot, and the left ear and nose … View moreDoes anyone in the Somerfield area know if this cat (see photos) belongs to a home? It looks like it's been through the wars – scarily thin, with what looks like an infected left eye. There is also a lot of puss in both eyes. It's right eye looks bloodshot, and the left ear and nose both look very sore. S/he is very friendly. For the past few days I have been feeding it on McCombs St (Selwyn St end) and providing a little TLC, but I think it needs to be taken to a vet. Just curious as to whether s/he is homeless, abandoned, or perhaps has run away? Any help would be great, thanks.
