Deemed a repair, with a repair strategy available - designed by Darren O'Neil and built by D.J Hewitt Builders. Located close to the central city, Victoria Street Shopping and entertainment precinct and the leisure and entertainment that Hagley Park has on offer. This contemporary freehold home was designed in a subtle industrial theme. Showcasing 3 stories, 3 double bedrooms and 2 living areas. This home boasts a fabulous kitchen/dining area with French doors leading out to the sunny courtyard. When repaired, there is an amazing roof top garden. An entertainers delight! Included are many extras, washer/dryer and more. With a little bit of vision this home could be a stand out property once again. My owners have already purchased, and this property must be sold on or before Auction day. Don't hesitate to contact me on 027 4888 616!

We patrol schools, parks and areas where the public frequently visit in Christchurch, helping to keep the public safe from crime. We are expanding our reach and our fleet of vehicles because we have the opportunity to run a lot more activities that help support the well being of the whole community. As we are a non-profit organisation we do require funding to pay for fuel and other vehicle expenses to keep our fleets running to an excellent standard. We really appreciate all donations. VOTE NOW!
AED Defibrillator for Churchill Park School
We need to buy an outside AED Defibrillator to put up at Churchill Park School. There are so many sport organisations that use the school and large numbers of walker, joggers and cyclists use the local park and surrounding streets so this is also a essential item not only for the school but the surrounding community. The cost to purchase this is around $3,500 and we would love AMI community Grants to help support this. VOTE NOW!

Sometime soon a Metrocard could get you a ride on a bike, not just a ride on the bus.
A trial is being launched to test the capabilities of two nextbikes imported from Germany, that are able to read public transport travel cards and are equipped with GPS technology.

They say that there are some age old tradtth Marhitions that get lost sometimes. Family, it used to be that you had your dinner around a table at the same time every night, talking, laughing and interacting with each other, with exaggerations no doubt about how fast your kids ran in the school cross country. These days its dinner on the couch in front of the TV.
So This Sunday Night you're invited to a FREE BBQ Dinner, on us, bring the kids, let them get messy with too much tomato sauce, let them have some ice-cream, just come and be apart of our Family service where 75% of it will involve eating dinner and retelling those stories having a laugh. Bring someone along with you, invite your neighbour, but make sure you definitely come along.
We'd love to see you there
