Buses will detour off Gloucester St onto Surrey St and Tancred St back onto Gloucester St to continue the normal route. Bus stops 26952 and 26968 on Gloucester will not be serviced during this time. The closure scheduled for the weekend of November 19-20 has been cancelled due to the Cook Strait ferry service being cancelled following the Kaikoura earthquake. Essential equipment needed is currently stuck in the North Island.
