Hi there, have just had a call from EQC telling me they will not fix my house and are going to pay me out. They signed off and were paid for their work or lack of it. Anyone out there with the same issues I would be interested to hear from you as I am not sure what steps to take next. My understanding is that your house was to be returned to the status it was before the earthquakes which mine is certainly not. Yes I am insured.
