Hi all!
We have 2 spare bedrooms in our home available for rent.
You will be living with a quiet professional couple, a dog and a cat.
We are looking for a like-minded couple or one or two singles to join us.
YOU must be working full time, not have pets or children (unless it's part time we might be willing to negotiate), be ok with pets, smoking outside ONLY.
NO DRUGS.
We are located in Linwood, 5 mins walk from Eastgate and bus stop right outside.
Only off street parking.
Singles $155 per person (rent,power,unlimited wifi)
Couple $250 (rent,power,wifi)
