Hi there, have just had a call from EQC telling me they will not fix my house and are going to pay me out. The so called builders who did the work on the house didi not do all that was on the scope, eg 10 piles to be packed and jacked spouting to be fixed. They signed off and were paid for their work or lack of it. Anyone out there with the same issues I would be interested to hear from you as I am not sure what steps to take next. My understanding is that your house was to be returned to the status it was before the earthquakes which mine is certainly not. Yes I am insured.

Hi, my friend has two gorgeous black and white sisters that she is reluctantly trying to rehome, preferably together. Her old male cat is very upset with the new additions. They are about 15 weeks old and very friendly. I have photos that I can email you if interested.
