The Heart Kids charity supports these children - like preschooler Poppy Taggart, pictured with her parents, Jo and Ashley.
Christchurch Family Support co-ordinator Margaret Hewitt-Hawker says Saturday's event is a chance to acknowledge these children and celebrate their lives with other heart families.

Our music line up this weekend is The Restless on Friday at 7:30. A great duo who play some modern covers with a great twist. Then on Saturday we have Adam Hattaway hitting us with some old school vibes. Also at 7:30.
More housing will be needed to cater for the forecast growth in people living in Greater Christchurch.
