Topiki boundary changes
Hi Neighbours,
A combined committee, called Topiki, representing Tokomaru and Ōpiki wants the towns to join the Palmerston North City Council - they believe the Horowhenua District Council is neglecting and ignoring the towns, and they will be better off as part of Palmerston North.
Do you think its a good idea? And do you think there are any other towns looking to jump ship from their current council?
