We understand that there have been delays and changes to outpatient appointments and planned surgeries have been disrupted, to protect you and your bubble.
We would like to thank you for your understanding and patience.
We are working through the appointments and surgeries that have been impacted and will be in contact with those affected as soon as we can. However, this will inevitably take us a little while.
Please be assured you have not been forgotten and we have a process in place to ensure your follow-up.

I'm working on a travel story for Stuff about the things that have surprised returning Kiwis about New Zealand. If you have recently returned from overseas or know someone who has, it would be great to hear about the things that have stood out for you, for better or for worse. Please remember that your comment may be included in the article, unless you say you don't want it to be. Thank you.
