Meet our specialist teachers and Principal, Danny O'Connor at our next Open Day! Parents and students find that this is one of the best ways to get a real sense of the school’s values and atmosphere.
We welcome the whole family and invite you to join us anytime between 10.30am – 2.30pm.
Hi Neighbours, Phil Goff arrived back to work to an emptied office on Monday, to start work on his second term as mayor. He has to choose who will be his key lieutenants - the chairs of the main committees. Do you think he should also put councillors back on the board of Auckland Transport? See the story below:

Although the weather is far from summery at the moment, summer is just around the corner and it is time to start preparing for it. This is a nice hydrating lip balm recipe free of toxic chemicals. Great for personal use, and also a great Christmas gift idea!
2 tblsp bees wax
4 tblsp coconut oil
7 drops lavender essential oil
7 drops lemon essential oil
2 drops vitamin E
Glass or tin lip balm or chapstick containers. As lemon oil is acidic it can eat into plastic and releases toxins.
1. Melt beeswax, coconut oil and vitamin E in a small pot over a low heat stirring occasionally.
2. Remove from heat, add oils, and whisk well.
3. Pour into containers and leave to cool on the bench.
