rain water/waste water

Tony from Glenfield

Hello Everyone in the community.I have a bigg problem.II have report to Auckland Council and they close my case twice and don't want to know anything and says is not their problem.Everytime it rain all the neighbour water will pour over my property like a mini waterfall and down to my concrete path and out the driveway causing my concrete path and foothpath to grow alggae and go slipperly.I can see that there are two outlet pipes and don't think the water can flow upwards and there is no outlet on the side of the foothpath.Ever since water came to dig the whole place and it started after that. Before when I move to this place the is no problem.Attach is some photo's.I have no one to turn to.local mps don't care at all.road outlet covered mith mud.we all pay so much on the rates and yet council do nothing and keeps increasing the rates.Smallk problems like this they don't want to know. When the place flooded and house sunk then only they look into it.Isn't that is too late
