The lanes will be closed from 10pm until 5am on Monday December 2 to Wednesday December 4 and on Sunday December 8 to Thursday December 12. The Silverdale southbound on-ramp will be closed from 9pm until 5am.

Well firstly most of the dogs I've seen are not on the grass next to the path they are on concrete and asphalt paths which can be very hot. I should know as I've walked on an asphalt path in bare feet for about 15 mins, I received 3rd degree burns on my feet for my own stupidity!
Secondly lately it's like 20+ in the shade and we are not even in summer yet, could you not walk them in the morning to later in the evening?.
If you won't walk barefoot on foot paths/roads then your an idiot to think it's ok for your pets to so.
so why don't I speak up when I see someone well it may cause an abuse response to mind my own business, or the really now annoyed walker may carry on just to spite and may take this out on the dog(s)
So please if you need to walk your dog during this time put them on the grass areas and take a water bottle so you can give them a drink or cool them down
