Animal hit an run
Hi neighbors, I don’t have too many details but did any person hear or witness a black dog in west harbor or know the owner of a black dog which was recently was run over maybe a week or week an a half ago by a car between West Harbour and royal heights ( a street off Luckens Road WH and Moira road royal heights thre is also a park on the street the dog was hit) the lady owner apparently had been walking her dog at the time, so If any one might of heard smethng very similar can u please let me know, this would be appreciated deeply. Thanks :-)
