Are you a landlord with vacant property?

Caroline Williams Reporter from North Harbour News

We recently reported on a Torbay landlord who after a quick supermarket trip found teenagers planning a party inside his vacant rental property. Let us know in the comments if you have had a similar experience, or you can email me at caroline.williams@stuff.co.nz. Please put NFP if you don't … View moreWe recently reported on a Torbay landlord who after a quick supermarket trip found teenagers planning a party inside his vacant rental property. Police aren't aware of a spike in rental property break-ins on the North Shore, but suggest that landlords:
• Keep windows and doors locked
• Maintain a "lived-in" appearance on empty properties
• Keep trees and bushes tidy so burglars can't hide in them
• Use good quality locks and a reputable locksmith
• Install sensor lights
• Keep garden sheds and garages secure.

We met up 😍in Melbourne over the weekend at our annual Business Training event hosted by the founders of the company which gave us the opportunity to connect with over 1000 like minded people😁.

It was a huge success🙌as minds were stretched and belief systems blown to allow for greater levels of financial achievement.🥂

A new record was set as we awarded 9 new 50k Club🏆Members during the awards ceremony. That's 9 new distributorships to have earned over 💰$50,000 USD in a single month within the last few months of business activity.

Never before have we seen so many new members reach this level in such a short space of time!
