Seeking rental in Albany

We are a couple who are studying for our degrees at Massey University and working part-time.
Looking for a place to rent in Albany (one or two bedrooms). We do have a small addition to our family ... a budgie. He is well trained (and so are we), enjoys listening to music and quiet. Reference from previous landlord and guarantor on lease can be provided.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
