Never be so busy as not to think of others. - Mother Teresa
Last year I ran the ASB half marathon - thank you everyone who helped me raise over $2000 for the RED CROSS. I had never done a run before that 😊
This year I aim to do better – I am running for the Starship Foundation. They are doing a tremendous job and deserve all the support they can get. Please donate by going to my page and clicking on the GIVE NOW button. The run is on the 20th October. aucklandmarathon2019.everydayhero.com...
Every little bit helps. Thank you very much in advance for supporting a good cause.
Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
