Growing up around bodybuilders, I've always taken a strong interest in how the body is manipulated through nutrition, training, and proper supplementation. Whether it’s fat-loss, muscle building, improving muscle tone, or strength, as a personal trainer I work to get my clients results by taking a holistic approach. I not only work to improve my client’s strength or fitness goals, but also their quality of life.
