FRIDAY FREE 11 AM CLASS with Brad

The set up for our FREE 11am Friday Class today, run by manager Brad. We have a wide variety of equipment that can be used in high intensity circuits as seen set up for today’s session. Any member is welcome to join in. All fitness levels can participate as we can scale at any point for any one!
