The festival this year is in a different position from last years. This year the main hall of the community centre will have market stalls, balloon twister, henna tattoo, free face painters and performances. Inside our community centre smaller hub room will be a small kids play zone (0-5 years) and tea and scones. Food stalls, rides, community information stalls, Sports Waitakere games and Auckland Transport bikes will be on the grass field behind the community centre main hall. Rides will be $2 each. 3 for $5. Tickets can be purchased from the festival/ HOTAS information booth. Please bring small change to make things easier. Out front of the community centre will be fire engine, police, community patrol, etc. This is detailed in the map below.
Additional parking will be available on the grass field behind the St Johns hall (last years festival site). The entrance to this carpark is at the bottom of the main Community Centre carpark. Mind the kerb on the way in. Walking or cycling up makes it easier. Most importantly, have fun tomorrow!!!π

The main body of the bag is 48cm long x 31cm deep in the middle. 104.5cm long webbing strap, and the rises at the ends of the bag are about 10cm long. They are to lengthen the straps, since the webbing would have been too short otherwise. I am taking this bag and my other bags to the Blockhouse Bay market tomorrow if it's not too rainy. =D Come and see me and grab yourselves a bargain!!!!! =D The weather forecast says showers in the afternoon, but we'll see. =D

βKorean Hand therapyβ is for everyone!
Look at this interesting picture friends. Itβs called βMotor Homunculusβ or βcortical homunculusβ. What is it? What does it tell us about? A Canadian doctor found out that our hands are very closely related to our body. And a picture shows a visual representation on how our brain prioritizes our body. So it is proved that there is a very high concentration of neurological connection between the hands and the brain.
What does it mean to us? Is there benefit we can draw from this?
Yes there is! One hand isβ―a tiny version of our whole systemβ―or a micro-cosmos of the body. And our physiological function is regulated by stimulating theseβ―points. So we can easily improve many conditions from muscular to internal, womenβs, etc. just using our hands which is all about βKorean Hand therapyβ.
Next Thursday (March 7) I will show you guys another interesting picture, βHand therapy chartβ.
Let me know your feedback or questions.
