Is the bad odour from the wastewater treatment plant still around?
Hi neighbours, is the "sour milk" smell from the treatment plant gone? The smell arose after problems formed inside the Māngere wastewater treatment plant's digesters. Watercare is confident the smell has disappeared but some residents are skeptical. What have you noticed? Can you still smell the "sour milk-like" smell in your area?

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
