U3A Mt Albert will meet on Tuesday August 16, 10-12 at Western Springs Garden Community Hall, 956 Great North Rd. The main speaker will be Professor Julian Paton, medical researcher, talking on "Heart Health". We will have tea and coffee and a time for socialising. Visitors are very welcome.
