There is a heart breaking story behind many doors at this motel, where guests say they are "living in limbo" and feel like they are the "forgotten people", while waiting for a Housing NZ home. Guests included a cancer patient, a family whose house burnt down and a woman who is waiting to be reunited with her daughter.
