Auckland community centre tagged with homophobic graffiti for second time

The manager of an Auckland community centre is “disappointed” vandals who spray-painted homophobic slurs on its signs have not yet been caught.

Angela Spooner​ the manager of Highbury Community House and Early Learning Centre​ in Birkenhead, said it was the second time in 16 months vandals had used graffiti to target the rainbow community.

“I arrived at work on a Monday morning and saw the graffiti on the signage,” she said.
