Very close to the beach, 2 minutes walk to Rothesay Bay beach and 5 minutes walks to Browns Bay beach and village with heaps of shops, cafes, restaurants etc.
One room is down the end of the house sharing a lounge, bathroom and toilet with another mature guy living in this end of the house as well.
Per week $290 for one person +$60 for power, water and internet. Extra person per week $80.
The other room is private furnished en-suite with a queen bed and single bed. Private bathroom, toilet, Netflix, fridge and two private balconies with a feel leaving in a mini-resort is available a few months ahead.
The en-suite is per week $390 for one person +$60 for power, water and internet. Extra person per week $100.
House is large and got another living, lounge, dinning and kitchen areas to share plus many decks and great outside area with swimming pool and BBQ and table tennis.
The house is set up as a holiday house, why I'm a bit careful with long term renting. However, we can discuss further if you have more long term in mind.
At the moment I have another two nice mature guys staying in the house as well..
House is big, so still heaps of space for privacy.
If you wish to see one of the rooms, please call or text me to organize a time to visit.
Looking forward to hear from you :)

Hi neighbours, a two-year-old boy has spent half his life in hospital because of a rare disease that can see him pass up to 40 painful bowel movements a day.
Now, his family is hoping to raise $150,000 to take him to the United States for an operation to eliminate his pain.

We appreciate this is a new environment and that they do not design most homes for a ‘work from home’ situation. It is not surprising that this could frustrate you, as you test out your home for working for the very first time, and that you can see some areas that you could improve to make this experience easy and your work efficient.
AB Electrical want to help our community and are offering free estimates and 20% discounts.
AB Electrical would like to extend an offer to North Shore based customers who are looking to improve their ‘work from home’ environment:
1 Free on-site review and quote.
2 Consultation at our showroom with a full range of working down lights, power points & switches.
3 20% discount on materials and labour for jobs booked before 30 April 2020.
