Poll: Hybrid Work ... Game-Changer or Culture Killer? ๐Ÿš€

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

Many workplaces now embrace hybrid working โ€” splitting time between home and the office. For years, people have built their routines and lifestyles around this flexibility.

But critics say it weakens team spirit, slows training, and makes collaboration harder.

๐Ÿ’ฌ What do you think? Hybrid forever, or back to the office full-time?

Home made bread problem

Karen from Totara Vale

Is anyone else having trouble with bread dough not rising properly?

I used to be able to turn out a decent loaf but now the bread is half the height - if that - and very dense.

I've used 4 different brands of yeast including the type bakers use to no avail. I've changed the flour to the best available and I've followed the recipe meticulously.

It can only be the flour?
