I used to own one of Auckland's well known driving schools, now semi-retired. I can offer people my experience for free with all the tips and tricks on how to pass a driving test. Most parents do a great job of coaching their children but don't have the tools to get up to test standard. Tips like how to navigate roundabouts and do observation points, lane changing procedures, flush medians, merging, speed zones, how and when to do the MIB - men in black procedures etc and the list goes on. Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
