The programme focuses on supporting local community groups that are helping the young people and families of their community. All of the money comes from the plastic bags sold at the checkouts and is a great way to fundraise money. Yes I am all of the above, please can anyone suggest recommend someplace I can go ( but not the glue factory yet) for some way of easing up years of building work so I can move more easily, think stretching exercise type stuff.
