I have a lovely double room (Studio) unit with 1 bathroom is available for rent, Off-Street Parking, Sunny & Quiet, Independent, easy access, very good condition. Near to bus station (2min), Walk to Forrest Hill & Westlake schools and the Pupuke Golf Course. 

I’m looking for a tidy, respectful and sociable working professional or student who pays rent on time to join us.
The rent is $280pw including water internet and fair use of power. Move in costs includes 2 weeks rent for bond, 1 week rent in advance.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
