We have had it for six years and it was passed onto us by a friend. Now it has to go to give space to a smaller piece of furniture.
Pictures have been added.
If sanded and polished, it will surely look much better. It already isn't too bad.
Cheers

Tenants must pay $50,000 after living rent-free in beach side property

Danielle Clent Reporter from North Shore Times

Hi neighbours, a couple has been ordered by the Tenancy Tribunal to pay $50,000 in rent arrears.
The couple lived rent-free in the Campbells Bay property for about 10 months. Their argument of never having a proper rental agreement didn't wash with the tribunal.

Can’t make it Fridays? go to www.mainlymusic.org... to find a group and day that suits near you.

About Mainly Music: a fun music group for care givers to enjoy together with their young child. Throughout the session, children develop gross and fine motor skills, language, imagination, mathematical and pre-reading skills as well as socialise with others. Each mainly music is associated with and is run by volunteers from a local church. Children are introduced to music, creativity and more, plus families are given a chance to think about the God-part of life. Amazing to think that all this can be achieved in a loving, shared family environment.

- Would you be interested in participating in the Human Early Life Development –Integrated Learning Activity (HELD-ILA) helping our future doctors learn about early childhood development?
- Would you be happy for a pair of Medical Students to visit you to assess your baby’s development? The assessment is done with observations and questionnaires. This would involve 6-7 visits each 60-90 minutes in your own home over 18 months.
