Reiki Training level 1

Elisabeth from Torbay - Long Bay

Hi all

I have 1 space left for Reiki training level 1. This will be held next week Friday night and the following Saturday. The class is held in Torbay.
Reiki is a simple and natural form of healing on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual planes. Anybody can learn Reiki.

With Level 1 you will learn what Reiki is, how you could use it, various hand positions, many other subjects will be talked about. We will practise the hand positions.
Included is a manual and folder, gluten free vegetarian lunch, snacks during the day.

We will start at 6pm on the Friday night until around 7:30, Then the following Saturday wil will start around 9am and finish around 3-4pm. There will be a follow up after 5 weeks, this is usually an evening and will be 1.5 to 2 hrs.

So if this speaks to you drop me a line and I can give you more information.
Looking forward to connect
Elisabeth

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
