HOME VISITOR
Areas: North Shore - where possible we will match you with families close to where you live unless you indicate you are prepared to travel
Hours required: negotiable based on family needs and availability
Working with families who are needing extra support. Duties may include helping families with practical day-to-day tasks including light housework, basic meal preparation and laundry. Offering emotional support, modelling positive parenting and facilitating positive change as well as linking families with community activities and services. Full training will be provided.
YOUNG PARENTS GROUP COORDINATOR
Area: To be confirmed
Hours required: Two hours per week or fortnight
We are looking to establish a support group for young parents and are looking for a volunteer to help organise the sessions, welcome new parents and be a communication point for the group.
