Holy Communion Service By the Bishop of Auckland
Following the retirement last week of St Mary by the Sea's Vicar, we are pleased to announce that the Anglican Bishop of Auckland, Rt. Revd. Ross Bay will be preaching and presiding over the 8am and 10am Holy Communion Services at St Mary by the Sea on the 7th May 2017. We welcome all to join us for these Services.

The Environmental Protection Authority announced this week that a proposed mine in Central Otago (near Cromwell) is about to enter its fast-track assessment process. A final decision could come within six months, and if it’s approved, construction might start as early as mid-2026.
