Kiwi Comfort - not sure if this is a scam...??
Couple of weeks ago, half normal/half suspect character trawling the streets, I eventually speak to him through the screen door, says I can be in the draw to win $500 petrol. I advise him to slip the paperwork under the door. A few days later, turns out a company called Kiwi Comfort is offering govt/council subsidised heat pumps and yes it turns out that we qualify, well that's great. Long-story-short, Mickey Mouse situation of weird conversations and no-shows....in a rather convoluted fashion it seems there is a tiny discount like 5% on a minimum priced heat pump for a small bedroom of $3000+........yeah/nah. Like pretty much anything else at the front door.....don't bother ok, just don't do it.

Keep an eye on this guy, pretended to read the water meter, then wandered up the drive crowbar in hand when I asked what he wanted he said power and is there a dog.We have smart meters. He opened my neighbours gate (we are 3 units) and went in the back of her place with his crowbar. My son went round there and he took off. Police informed.
