Free meditation classes Grey Lynn
This 2 part evening w/shop will cover different skills and approaches to meditation, with guided instruction taking you through breathe exercises, mantras, visualization, heart centre techniques and mind calming techniques.
Thursdays, Nov 23 & Nov 30; 7.15pm – 8.30pm.
Venue: Grey Lynn Community Centre, 483 Richmond Road
