Hi neighbours. Daisy is famous for hanging out at Waitākere Hospital, but she's been missing from her Henderson home since Tuesday, January 12, leaving her owner and fans concerned. There has been no sight of her at her usual haunts in around the hospital since the day before. What's your experience with pre-fabricated homes?
The Sunday Star-Times is looking into the rise of transportable/ kit-set/ pre fabricated homes. The upsides are build-efficiency, quality of design, and cost. The downsides appear to be land supply, red-tape with council and difficulty getting lending from banks.
