Heartbeats Coming to a Community Centre Near You
Heartbeats is a non-profit, community-based, peer-to-peer support group for heart event survivors, their partners and family/whanau.
Heartbeats currently operates across the North Shore and is starting a group in West Auckland, at the request of some local heart patients and the Waitemata DHB cardiac rehabilitation group.
If you are a heart attack survivor or currently dealing with cardiovascular disease, and interested in being part of the first western suburbs Heartbeats group, we would love to hear from you.
Meetings are at a local Community Centres.
