Keyboard to borrow
Kia ora neighbours!
I really want to get back in to playing the piano. I grew up learning to play until I was a teenager, then I stopped because a progressive vision impairment meant seeing the sheet music became impossible. I got sad and frustrated (as teenagers do) and gave it up, and I've barely touched a piano in fifteen years. Since then I've learned how to manage my vision loss and figure out work arounds, I really want to try pick it up again before the knowledge is totally gone. I am wondering if anyone might have a keyboard that isn't being used that I might can borrow for a short time (from a few weeks to a few months- anything!) so I can give it a good try to see if I can do this before buying one of my own. I will take excellent care of it. Thanks so much!
Cheers,
Katie

Poll: Are Kiwis allergic to “exuberance”? 🥝
In The Post’s opinion piece on the developments set to open across Aotearoa in 2026, John Coop suggests that, as a nation, we’re “allergic to exuberance.”
We want to know: Are we really allergic to showing our excitement?
Is it time to lean into a more optimistic view of the place we call home? As big projects take shape and new opportunities emerge, perhaps it’s worth asking whether a little more confidence (and enthusiasm!) could do us some good.
