Heartbeats Takapuna group meets tomorrow, Thursday 1st July, at Mary Thomas Centre, 3 Gibbons Rd, Takapuna (behind the Takapuna Library).
General discussion on heart health management, medications, diet, heart education and "sharing the journey".
All are welcome. Come along and meet others who have had the same experiences and are learning from each other. Its free, and we welcome all diversity of experiences and backgrounds.
