Think about where you currently workout.⠀
Once you get done, are you being rushed out the door so that next class can get it?⠀
We call that the “assembly line studio” and that’s not what we do here.⠀
Each class concludes with a cool down deep stretch + friendly chat (i know…that sound nice right??? it is) ⠀
We want to make sure that you feel better walking out than you did walking in - a leaner, stronger, better feeling version of yourself. ⠀#lesshgo #spartan
Shoot us a message to come experience a class and see what we’re talking about - even if you’re just coming for the chat at the end.⠀

If you have recently returned from overseas or know someone who has, it would be great to hear about the things that have stood out for you, for better or for worse. Whether it's to do with the weather, the cost of things, the public transport, the food, the housing, the people or something else entirely, we'd be keen to hear about it. Please remember that your comment may be included in the article, unless you say you don't want it to be. Thank you.
