What is a food truck ๐Ÿšš (for those they may not know)? A food truck is a roaming quality restaurant on wheels. Most food trucks are run by trained chefs passionate about delivering delicious food and menu options that may not be seen in the area. Their culinary skills are more remarkable due to the size of their kitchens and time pressures they may be under. These food trucks help liven up Auckland, giving it colour and character. Te Atatu Food Truck Fridays brings you an ever-changing selection of Auckland's best food trucks and a great atmosphere. They run monthly every first Friday of summer daylight savings months.

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens arenโ€™t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days โ€” the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, whoโ€™s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
