Over-charged rubbish tags
Just now, I bought 2 orange rubbish tags and a 1 litre milk from Gull on Swanson Road. I realized they charged me $4.50 per tag. Normally, I pay only $3.80 per tag from the supermarket. $3.80 is already a high price and Gull charged me 70c more for each tag. So I went back to the store and asked for a refund for one tag only as I need one for tomorrow. However, they refused to refund me. I'm wondering if this is allowed or if it is okay to sell council tags for more than $3.80? I feel like I have been ripped off.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
