Auckland Council proposed apartment and town-house zones in Forrest Hill
A map of the proposed Auckland Council rezoning for the Forrest Hill covenant area is below:
* Areas of Forrest Hill closest to the Sunnynook bus station (dark-orange on the map), including parts of Becroft Drive, Kennedy Avenue, Longwood, Grenada and Pendene will be zoned for apartments ("THAB").
* The remaining areas in light-orange are to be zoned as for townhouses ("MDRS").
We encourage you all to make a submission to the Auckland Council. Submissions close on 29th September.
